Carmel Unisex Hair Salon (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides hair and beauty services for men and women, including cutting, coloring, treatments, extensions, and related services. We operate in Ocoee, Florida, and serve surrounding areas including Orlando, Apopka, Kissimmee, Davenport, Tampa, and beyond.
Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.
A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message or email from us.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience a shortened service time or need to reschedule.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A cancellation fee of 10% may apply for late cancellations.
Clients who fail to show without prior notice may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Clients must provide accurate details about their hair history, allergies, and any previous chemical treatments.
For color and chemical services, patch tests may be required at least 24 hours before the appointment
Inform us of any health issues or scalp conditions prior to service.
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, we may offer adjustments or corrections at no additional charge if deemed appropriate by management.
We prioritize your safety, but certain services involve chemicals and carry inherent risks.
Carmel Unisex Hair Salon and its staff shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, damage, or adverse effects arising from undisclosed allergies, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Children must be supervised at all times within the salon premises.
